Sometimes finding  something healthy to eat for dinner can be a total drag. Hopefully some of the recipes below will inspire you!

Quinoa Veggie “Fried Rice”

Boston Baked Beans

Cauliflower Pizza Crust (Add capsicum, tomato and a sprinkle of blue cheese. YUM!)

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

Zucchini and Haloumi Fritters (replace the flour with almond meal and add some carrot. Belissimo!)
